  1. Blot up as much as possible with a towel.  Then spray one of the pet stain products on the stain or any other product that mentions urine removal, and follow up with more blotting and drying as per label directions.  It may not be possible to truly clean it if the urine has penetrated deep into the mattress.  Here are a couple of links that may help you.
