What is the best way to clean old galvanized drain?

What is the best way to clean old galvanized drain? I have run a small 25" snake through a couple of times, but it seems to clog up every once in a while, especially if no water ran through for a day or two

Call me up and I will repace it with PVC and it wont ever clog again

old galvanized pipes scale up like old arteries, gotta replace em with ABS or PVC.
