I've heard that the average human has 40 to 80 pounds of fecal matter compacted in their large and small intestines.
This has me freaking out, because not only is it weird, but it makes me 40 lbs heavier then I would be if I had a clean digestive track.
I'm thinking of taking some herbs and spices that I found at a "health food" store, but I am not 100% sure if that is the best way to get all the pooh out of a human digestive track. I have also been thinking about getting a colonic, which is where they take a garden hose and they flush all the pooh from out of your body with water.
Which is the better way to go? I don't want hurt myself trying to clean my colon.
