It depends on what you are trying to control. I would suggeest having an occupational therapy eveluation done and a sensory profile. From there you and the occupational therapist can develop a sensory diet. The sensory diet will provide you with a game plan to help with sensory and behavioral problems.

It depends on what it is for.  Is this for a school program, or at home?  Question is unclear.  Children with autism do really well with visual cues. So maybe a visual schedule.??
