What is the best way to cool down for the next few days after a mini-marathon?

I just finished the OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-Marathon (I'm posting this about two hours after I finished, I finished at 9:30 and now it's 11:30). I have a track meet in two days. Should I run or would it hurt my body?

  1. well if u did the marathon today. you dont need to run anymore today...if the track meet is the day after tommorow you should rest tommorow


  2. Throw yourself on a couch and wait for stuff to stop aching... cooldown only works for half an hour or so after you've done the actual running part :)
