It uses simpleviewer and I have seen similar styles on many photographers professional websites. I'm pretty sure its free and you can download it online.

Personally, I adore this site's style. It's fast, easy, and looks awesome too.

However, if you want a hosting site [www .BLAH .com/your name here ], then you should try deviantART or something like that.

http://slideshowpro.net/ has some great functionality and is easy to modify with little effort. There is a great admin that you install on your server as well. It's also very cheap.

Another route would be a flash template from a place like flashden.net. Try the following:

It has a free design tool that allows you to create web pages without coding. It has 500mb of web space and no ads. MS is giving a free domain name for the 1st year.
