  1. Leave her alone!! No, just kidding. In the first few days, it can be painful and uncomfortable, so if she's unnecessarily mean, don't take it personally. She just really doesn't feel well. Buy her some cranberry juice and maybe a heating pad to make her more comfortable

  2. Be considerate buy her chocolate and cranberry juice.

And  if shes bleeding everywhere she should be using a pad or tampon.

Anyway just be nice hotwater bottles aswell.

  3. Have you ever heard of chocolate?

When I start to get cranky, about once a month, I know that my lady is due for a visit from Aunt Flow. I can get so cranky that even breathing annoys her.

Once I realize that my crankiness is getting on her nerves, I try to get my attitude into check. This is the time to be nurturing to her - she is really uncomfortable. Try to make her laugh - Good Luck! It will surely help. She might really appreciate some chocolate. Be sure to tell her, "You're Pretty" - especially when things get tense. It might annoy her, but she cannot really hate you for saying it.

Hope this helps. This post reminds me that I have to make a chocolate run, myself. I've been feeling a bit cranky this morning.

  4. Be more understanding and gentle and don't push her into anything if she says she's 'not in the mood' or 'can't deal with it'.

She might be fun one minute and grumpy the next, so try to stay out of her way and don't upset her.

Just be understanding of what's she's going through. You've already taken the first step by asking this question :)

    Good luck.

  5. Be really nice to her. she'll probably be kind of moody. It might help if you get her a small present "because you felt like it."

  6. Oh gosh, lots of guys ask this question. Make hints that you still love her even though she is acting like a total ***** and shes is treating you like c**p. But remeber there is nothing you can do. if she is ignoring your calls, wont let you hold hand or kiss, or no alone time, just be patient it will stop in about 8-10 days. HOPEFULLY.
