What is the best way to deep clean asphalt kitchen floor tiles?

I'm not sure what you mean by deep-cleaning but if they are older tiles, they probably contain asbestos. If they do, then scrubbing them might be risky.

There are some good cleaning stuff u can get from a tile shop .

It comes down to if the tiles are glazed or sealed or not at all .

You seal the tiles after cleaning (if not sealed)
