What is the best way to diagnose hip subluxation or misalignment at the hip joints or sacroiliac joints?

  1. Hips don't tend to "sublux" but at times people will refer to a Sacroiliac "misalignment" as a hip sublux.  X-Rays can be misleading, there are some practitioners that would have us believe that every "hip is out" the best way to confirm is a good manual physical therapist, and by using their hands that can tell if it is "out" and treatment by mobilizing the joint confirms, when the pain is resolved.  It is cheaper than xrays and be careful of chiropractors.  They may mean well but...just be careful.
