if dialling any Irish number, mobile or landline, from abroad, you need to add the prefix 00353 before the number and drop the 1st 0. for example, the number is 086 1234567 then the international number is 00353 86 1234567

if you're wondering cost wise it might be best to get an international calling card or go to an internet cafe....it's very expensive from a mobile in particular....
