I just recently become a member of Talent6 a couple of hours ago trusting that it might actually be a legit company. However, after digging into research, I had found it to be a scam through bbb.org as well as other websites. I basically gave out my card information over the phone.

What's the best way to discontinue a membership and ask for a refund via phone? I just want to keep things simple and not stir up any drama in the conversation.
