What is the best way to dry Habenero Peppers naturally?

In addition, are the leaves from hot pepper plants edible, and do they taste good?

With a needle and thread string the peppers together by running the thread through the stem and then hang them in a dry, shady spot, making sure they are not touching one another.  All peppers are of the nightshade family and the plants, including the leaves, contain toxins that in large amounts can cause nausea, vomiting and in extreme cases convulsions and unconsciousness, so I cannot answer the part about do they taste good.  Sorry.

put them on a wire rack in the sun. i really don't think the leaves are too tasty but i'm sure they are edible.
