Tell your Friend he is an idiot if he thinks he has to keep this bet...it was a stupid bet and he is better off, reneging on this deal...better to be thought a welsher than to get sick trying to keep this bet....are you sure you won't to stay friends with someone as dumb as this? ewww thats gross... ppl still do these stupid bets? well the best way to eat it is to fake it... seriously shouldn't b that hard... or fry/bake the worms, :P tastes like chicken... tell him good luck from me :) lololol

Lol! Hmmm... BBQ the worms (or marinate them)

                        Mash up the sock (Like potatoes)

Throw it all into a frying pan, fry until golden brown!  Bon appetite! Lol! I don't know! Good luck to your friend!

The worms won't hurt him, but eating a whole sock could cause him serious problems if it gets stuck somewhere in his digestive tract.

If eating the sock along with the worms is part of the deal, I'd advise him to use a cotton sock, put the whole lot in a blender with some milk or water, puree it until it's completely liquefied, and then chug it as fast as possible.

If it is your choice and you want it to be bad, then have him squeeze the juice out of them into a cup and drink that.  Then take out the solid pieces and mix them with plain gelatin, not Jello.

If it's his choice and you want to be nice, then either the blender/chug method or the deep fry/tons of sauce method.
