What is the best way to find a restaurant managers job in Barbados?

1) Open a restaurant, and hire some Bajans but appoint yourself as manager.

2) Have a friend, that does the same.

3) Befriend someone there with a restaurant.

It will be tough for you to get that job from outside the Caribbean...... Under the law Barbadian nationals get first offer at all jobs....  Then if no suitable person from Barbados can be found the wider English-speaking Caribbean is offered.  And after that, anyone else from outside the region... And in each category you have to prove to the Government that nobody could do that job before going to the next level.
