What is the best way to find people to hire for a game website?

I am in the process of making a game website and was wondering what is the best way to get people to join so that they are part of the team and help me make it. I want people like writers, reviewers, moderators, etc.

Also if you are interested please e-mail me because I have lots of ideas which makes it unique.

Perhaps you could create a page of your website entitled: "Join the Team" or something. Release that page early on your address and have a form on it where people can sign up. Have them put name, email, why they want to join, qualities, etc., etc.

You can get forms form many places, you can create them if you're a wiz at HTML, you know. http://www.emailmeform.com/ does it and so does
