  1. time time heals everything move on and give yours self time and you will heal.

  2. Google: how to forgive

  3. Maybe meet with them and discuss the issue,I find time heals all wounds and it's easier to make peace with somebody then hold a grudge. It's hard but you will feel better after.

  4. By thinking to yourself about how you need to let it go and keep telling yourself that.  The more you think about it just I'll be alright, just get over it and try not to think about.

God wants us to be forgiving ...evening if you don't forget at least forgive!

  5. What was the problem? The best way is think nothing happened. It is always better to forgive and to forget and then just move on. Simple as that.

  6. Depends on what you are forgiving... depends on the person, and their beliefs.

I suppose in most cases if you care about a person enough, you have to look deep within yourself and put their shoes on your feet.  You have to realize that we are all human, and to be human is to make mistakes, and then learn from them.  If you can put your faith in the person that they will learn from the error they made, and put your heart on the line trusting that the won't be making the same mistake in the future, well then that is to forgive someone, and let them try an do right by you.  To forgive someone doesn't mean you ever really forget what it is that they have done wrong in your eyes, but just to say that you accept them even though they make mistakes from time to time, and that you love them anyway. You might still remember what the forgiven one has done, but you won't hold it over them and make them feel badly about it once they have been forgiven.  For me,  I know there are somethings I couldn't ever bring myself to forgive, but that is me, and all of us are different.  As far as moving on goes, once forgiveness is granted, moving on is something that follows, if you truly try and understand what made them do something and accept it was a mistake, then trying to put that in the past shouldn't be any more difficult.   I hope this helps!  Good Luck.

  7. start with the moving on. then come back to the forgiving as soon as possible. forgive means to not hold the  person to account anymore for what happend. it only has to mean that you are no longer trying to get even  or punish them  this sets you free to live with out hate is is the best for you so do it soon.

  8. if you forgive someone then that means that your ready to move on. that means that your not going to hold over their head what they did wrong, your not going to throw it in their face whenever you get into an argument. you just continue with your lives and pick up where you left off.

  9. Say, "I forgive you."

  10. It really depends on the level of betrayal. There are all sorts of levels and each one has its own consequences.

You will know in your heart if you really ever will forgive that person, and if you dont feel that you can forgive them then theres really not much point in wasting your energy trying
