i play football n i weigh only 130 pounds n nothings helping me gain weight.

  1. depends on how old you are and the postion, im 13 and weight 145 and im a QB so yeah


  2. If you want to gain weight I reccomend hitting the weight room and trying to gain some muscle first. You don't want to have the weight you gain all be fat as that will just slow you down. Get those muscles up first so they can hold the weight you'll gain and then try eating meat, fatty foods, etc.

  3. Work out... do weights. Gain muscle.

    Eat more protein... like meats!


  4. eat red meat ans potatoes. its kinda cliche but, it really works. if you're having that much trouble gaining weight, try getting a supplement for your local GNC. whatever you do, don't ever try steroids or HGH. good luck in football!

  5. weight lifting can work wonders, as long as you do it right. i play running back. i used to weigh only 123 pounds. but now i weigh 167 and that is all from weightlifting. but make sure you dont add weight the wrong way. eating more is ok, but make sure you dont eat a lot of fattening foods. make smart choices when you eat. you get out of your body what you put into it, and if you eat a lot of fattening foods, you're gonna be out of shape. but my suggestion would be to find a weight lifting program that works and stick to that. that will help a lot
