I have a gift card and I have to buy it at one of those places. What different strategies could I use to find one or do I just have to be at the right place at the right time?

  1. They always have them all the time! the strategy is you go in buy one and go out.

If I was you, i wouldn't waste my money though.

  2. find out what place has better deals. At the EB in my town, when you buy a Wii, you get 17 free game rentals

  3. use it on gamestop.com

they use EVERY gamestop to find one in stock

so the website is first priority

and yes they do except gift cards on the website

  4. You don't have to use a gift card... just download the games for free.

  5. You can try to find out when they are in stock if you get friendly with a cashier, but usually they have less than 10 in stock at one time.

The way all of my friends and family got it was that they were just in the right place at the right time.

Before I got mine, my mom and I tried very hard for weeks to wake up early and go to sales to try to find it. But it never worked out.

I got mine from target but if you have to use it at one of those places, I would highly suggest Game stop rather than EB games.

Good luck, I hope you get one!

  6. The only wii console you can get at gamestop online is. a bundle for 349.00 which includes:

        * Nintendo Wii system (system, remote controller, nunchuck, stand, sensor and Wii Sports)

        * Wii Charge Station (Dual port rapid recharging dock, 2 rechargeable NiMH battery packs, rubberized battery covers and 6 foot power cable. *Does not include additional remote controllers)

        * 1 additional Wii Nunchuck Controller

        * Wii Play with Remote

  7. The way I got mine was to go into an EB Games in a large metro area and ask for one.  They didn't have one in stock but they were able to do a search on their system to see which EB Games in the area had them in stock.  I was then able to drive ten minutes to the next store that had two in stock and get it that same day.  If you ask them to search other stores they usually will. (This also works with older games FYI)

  8. you can try EB they sell alot of steff there. that is where I get some steff at. EB has more to it the gamestop.love ya Rebecca

  9. You have to be there when Wiis are in stock.  Or you could call either of those places and ask if they have any new Wiis.  If they do, then you can ask them if they can put in on hold.  If they can't hold it for you, then it would be best if you zoom on down there and pick one up, while they're still in stock.

    Good Luck!
