What is the best way to get a green broke horse to move forward with a rider.she only moves w/ someone leading

She has had months of ground work and has great manners. I have tried everything i know of, she doesn't sull or frighten she is just clueless. she longes very well.

I would try to ground driving her,, You said she lounges ,, Thats not enough



And if she is clue less Its because some one is not communicating to her the right way ! or they have No clue them selves , Most problems with something like this is really the riders fault,



I have never had a young horse,"I was breaking" Not go forward or buck or rear or run off E.T,C,



One thing I do know is , many  tighten up the cinch to much, and some Will not go forward because of this

I would think you should find a trainer that breaks colts and ask them

As we cant really tell you  we have no way of looking at how she is acting or on how your ridding

I think, you also need some one to help you with your young horse.

Please go back to basics and make sure you have done everything correctly .
