What is the best way to get a job in Riverside, CA?

I moved out here to be with my boyfriend after having our baby, now I cant seem to find a job anywhere. I am ready to finally be working and getting out but it seems impossible to find a job here. please give some advice!!!

  1. Well the reality of the job scene is currently in a "bear" market, and with a baby to take care of that limits the jobs you are able to focus on as you juggle responsibilities.

    Temp agencies seem to waste my time, and I know others that feel the same.   Craigslist has always had a gem or two for gigs in the area but lately I have not gotten many responses as of late.

    Learn video editing and web development and establish a LLC, because everybody is in for rainy weather.


  2. I would try a temp agency. They're everywhere and businesses use them all the time. Also, they have temp agencies for practically every type of profession.

    I always liked working for them because if you don't like a place, you don't have to stay but maybe a few days. If you like it, it's possible that you could get hired on.
