What is the best way to get a job in mobile,al?

I've been loking for a job for the past month. I have went every where to fill out applications at different places and on the internet and i still cant get a job here. What could i do can someone help me.

I live in Mobile!!!  The hospitals are always hiring, go to their websites and you can fill applications online.  Do you have a degree?  You can look at the classifieds on line.  Just do a search for the Press Register Mobile, AL.
