What is the best way to get a nice and firm butt??

I have a bump but I want it to look like Jessica Biel's in I Now Pronounce you Chuck and Larry.....any ideas on getting it to look like a healthy bubble butt ?? Please post serious answers....I am serious on what I want. Thanks to all

Biking will probably do it the quickest.  I used a bike as one of my main modes of transportation, and while I wasn't looking to get a bigger butt, it happened!

My favorite question of the day. Well, it is simple the have a firm butt. You have to do exercises that make it tough on your hips and butt. Running and Crunches are the best way to tighten up the muscles in the butt to make it more tight and firm. Running and Crunches are the fastest way to tighten them up perfectly to give it a nice touch.

If you wanna look "s**y"...then I suggest, this means anthropologically speaking, that you wanna look like your "getting some" (or exsorcizing (sic) those muscules that provide one the means to ...well, get some.

In other words do, as you want to appear to be doing.

I hessitate to suggest a rubber dolly.

And I am definately against all forms of coersion, in gaining partners of a more lively type.

But, then again, if a prospective partner could be lured into a lurid affair, based solely on that person's desire to look better, to a real person by being "active" with you in that way, then perhaps you should speak to your Rabbi...and get married!

After all, the very best way of being assured A FIRM BUTT is to be placed in jail for de@dbeat dad, and as so many mariages end in jail for the most punished civil crime in America today, with the longest possible sentance provided by any US "Law", then how can you go wrong?
