What is the best way to get a us visa. I was denied twice.already. I miss my daughter so much.?

I really miss my daughter. I hope I will be allowed to get a us visa next time I apply. My intention is just to visit nothing more. Is there anybody who could help me go to the right person for assistance.

A lot depends on why you are denied a visa.  What country are you coming from, if you have a criminal record, if your spouse or girlfriend has a restraining order against you or if the courts have indicated no visitation - you're not going to get one because people would likely be concerned you would kidnap her.

Since you are specific on wanting to 'visit nothing more' - the implication I see is that perhaps at one time you attemped, discussed or did something more.

immigrate here just like Mr columbus did. I would not let anything stand in the way of me seeing and being with my family. s***w the law your blood is much more important than any bureaucracy but, only if you exausted all legal possabilities.

I'd hate to say it.. But get a bank account with Wells Fargo.

They automatically give you a VISA with your new account.
