  2. I agree with the majority here, defininitely train, because of the pricing and the mostly hassle free travel, no traffic jams and you see a lot of scenery and have a traveling restaurant with you and restrooms, etc. all that while traveling towards your destination!

  9. Definately by car.  You can go wherever you want whenever you want.  You can throw your luggage in the trunk and go.  No heavy bags to carry around.
