I'm currently in a Sports Medicine class, and this week we got an article about the benefits of "water workouts"...it's a really cool article, you could probably look something up on google about it, but it sounds like a great idea for building muscle and speed, because in water you get 12% more resistance, so you have to work harder and really work on form....in addition, you weigh 10% of your weight on land which is also kind of cool....and something else that I thought was pretty impressive was that you lose the same amount of calories in half an hour as you do during a 2 hour sprinting workout on land...so look it up, because it could definately help, and I'm currently trying to get my club team to do a session, because the Lord knows I need to get faster...haha :D

  4. work on jumping, like do plyomectrics and do quick sprints, and a lot  and lots of abs  also ways good.
