What is the best way to get back on shedule and go bed earlier?

  1. 1. When u wake up try to get a lot of light. Ur body's clock is built around the sun and responds to it. The flip side of this is to not hang out in a bright room before going to bed.

    2. Drink coffee in the morning when u wake up but only then and keep ur caffeine intake to a minimum throughout the day.

    3. Consider setting a regular bed time. Think of it as an alarm clock for going to bed instead of waking up. Even if you're not totally tired yet try and go to bed. After all you often wake up when you're not fully rested so why not try the opposite.

    4. Try your best to stay on the same schedule on the weekends.

    5. Try drinking warm wilk before u go to bed. (Even if its in hot chocolate or something.)


  2. Don't get on Yahoo Answers. I often stay up way longer than I should and it always starts with, " I'll just check it out for a minute".

  3. Just do it.

    For the first few nights you will lay and stare at the ceiling.

    After that your body will get into the habit.
