  1. If the ring is dark, it is probably grease and the best thing to cut grease is ammonia.

  2. My friend told me that  Spray and Wash works really well.

I haven't tried it.  I use a Mr Clean Magic Eraser.

  3. It's probably soap scum/body oils - try Tilex Soap Scum Remover.

  4. I am a professional house cleaner (right now I only clean for friends due to me going back to college and work only in between semesters). To get the soap scum off of fiber glass shower doors, I use laundry soap. I came across this when I had run out of cleaner at my own house and had a plastic shower curtain. I put a cap full of laundry detergent in the bathtub, filled the tub a few inches with hot water and then soaked the shower curtain in it. I swished it around once the water cooled enough to put my hands in it, and then I just emptied the water and used the shower to rinse the curtain off.

It took all of the soap scum off of the shower curtain.

Since then I use a cap full of laundry detergent (I use Tide brand) in a bucket of water, and use a rag or sponge with the scrubby side on it to wipe down the inside of the showers and fiberglass doors.

Not only does it get the soap scum off, but it seems to prevent soap scum from sticking to the fiberglass pretty well.

  5. I clean my shower once a week by spraying white vinegar (I bought spray bottle just for vinegar) then I dust the whole thing with baking soda. It will fizz and bubble and I just let it do it's thing while I do the toilet, sink and mirrors. Then I just use one of those green scrubbers that you get @ dollar store and scrub then rinse with shower head. It's cheap, nontoxic and works great. I read it in some housecleaning tip book years ago!

  6. Have you tried RLC? its been on tv for years and they say its awesome and can clean anything. Don't forget to use gloves... Hope this helps,

  7. I use Bar Keeper's Friend on my fiber glass tub.It is a non-abrasive powder and it works wonders without scratching the surface of your fiber glass. I get mine from Target but you can find it at walmart and most grocery stores as well in the aisle with the ajax and other cleansers,
