Question:

What is the best way to get foreclosure listings?

I've been doing B.PO's for quite some time now, and I've also been in R.E for several years. I've contacted a few places but I never seem to get anywhere. Does anybody know how I can talk to the right people and eventually get some of these listings?

  1. Talk to the loss mitigation department with the lender you wish to work with.  Where I live there is one guy who gets ALL of the REOs.


  2. Check your local paper on sundays, they are all listed in there!
