by near enough i mean so that If needed i could take a ferry or charter to st martin. for example V.I. both US and UK, Antigua ect. I am a student and money is limited plese help...

Once you get to St Martin/St Maarten you will be able to take a ferry to Anguilla, St Barts or Saba. Other wise the best way to get around is by small air craft.
