What is the best way to get in shape?

im in 8th grade and im trying to get into amazing shape because i want to prove everybody wrong and make the varsity basketball team..........i also wanna be in shape for volleyball next year to .....and for track season this year

  1. im in the seventh grade and I was on the volleyball team and basketball team and i exersise a lot.. the first thing you have to have is willpower some people start out strong then they give up cause nothing happens.. it  takes time.. i go jogging with my dad that is great condishening and i lift wheits to help thats all i have but u should try it.


  2. I play volleyball, basketball, and track, too,! Except I'm a Junior... If you want to be in shape for basketball and volleyball work on jumping! That's what I do! Jump rope is a good way of doing it but also line jumps (where you choose a line and jump back and forth over it). If your inside your house you can jump and put your palms on the ceiling (or try to depending on how tall you are and how high you jump)... Also jogging for a half hour 4-5 times a week will help with your endurance... That will help with track, too! Keep practicing and you'll make Varsity easy! If you work hard you'll get there!

  3. What amazing shape do you want to be? Round , Hexagonel, Acute Isoceles Triangle,

    there are many shapes but I am guessing the shape you most want to be is a Square!
