  1. if you have asthma, you should not run yourself to the point where you can not breathe, you should go early in  the morning around 6-7 in the morning , when it is not too cold or too hot, and remember to where thin light color clothes, becuase dark color clothes will cause your body to heat up alot faster.

  2. i am a runner, and i have asthma. there are ways to prevent you ffrom gwetting attacks. you have to gradually build up your lung strength so that breathing is not painful from the get go. if you run/walk for a couple of weeks, it will help you to build them up. you should run in the morning, as you will have the best chances of dealing with your asthma before weather affects it.

  3. u go for a walk in the morning

  4. First check with your doctor.  Then start a beginners running/training plan.  I prefer to run in the morning.  I eat about 1 1/12 hrs. before I run (I usually eat toasted peanut butter and banana sandwich for long runs 10K+) or just eat lightly and wait 30-45 minutes before running, drink water and bring some water to keep hydrated.  You will feel a bit sore, that is normal, your muscles are not used to it, but it will subside as you go along.  Make sure to get proper running shoes - go to a specialty running store (they are runners too, so they have the knowledge to help you, some may have clubs/learn to run programs you could sign up)  Start with a walk/run program.

here is a link for beginners running:

If you can't run due to asthma, try cycling, they will condition your legs and keep you fit.   Good Luck.
