  2. Honestly?  Don't get pulled over in the first place.

    But if you do get pulled over, just be polite and honest with the officer and you'll stand a much better chance at getting a warning.

  3. First off: How do you get a ticket in Detroit?

    As for speeding, Do 70 on all of the interstates, and do between 55 and 65 on the Southfield Fwy north of Rotunda (otherwise Allen Park police will get you). Stop at stop signs and stop lights. Use your indicator. Make sure all of your vehicle's lights are working. Wear a seatbelt. Use common sense.

    If you get pulled over, there's not really much you can do right then and there other than cooperate with the officer.

    Anyways, if you get one, the best thing to do would be to fight the ticket (depending on what it is). Most of the time the court will either waive the points or dismiss the entire ticket.
