What is the best way to get really soft hair?

i have tried everything and i just cant get my hair silky. HELP!

First, get regular trims so you don't get split ends. Second, use a high quality shampoo and conditioner. I recommend Kerastase. It's actually taken my horribly color damaged hair and made it soft and silky. Be sure you take Vitamin E supplements and fish oil as well. Drink plenty of water, too.
