What is the best way to get referals.?

What would be the best way to get referrals for websites such as rewards1 and prizerebel?

I use youtube and a few Traffic exchanges, but it is not working.

Any tips.

I guess you have to become more personal with your referrals. Clicking a link and following the steps is effort and some people are not going to do that. Especially since there are tons of people spamming their links everywhere.

For instance we could exchange referrals: you go to http://r.yuwie.com/ledastray/ and I visit your links. I don't know what it is with your sites, but in my case it's a social networking platform that pays you for browsing profiles, viewing blogs etc.

What made me put effort into the site was that you are actually doing what you do anyway: reading blogs, surfing profiles, writing comments and so on. The only difference is that you get a part of the money through ads.
