What is the best way to get rid of a microchipped cat

I am wanting to get rid of a micro chipped cat. Reason is due to she is to much trouble. On top of that when you go to punish her she tries to bite you claws at you and hisses at you. Not to mention is constantly clawing and scratching the children

newsflash.  CATS <> KIDS!  It is easy to say correct the cat's behaviour, but when the cat is attacking other cats, hissing at children, and going to the bathroom everywhere, it becomes a safety and health issue. 

It is unreasonable people that make it immpossible.  I had a sick cat that should probably have been euthanized.  My vet chose to treat it, without my consent, and now I am stuck with a $1200 dollar bill that I cannot afford.  Oh, and here is the kicker, the cat is sick again, and the vet won't treat him until I pay my balance.
