What is the best way to get rid of numbness early?

i just got home from the dentist and I'm still numb on the bottom right side of my mouth i hate the feeling and it still feels like I'm breathing the nos stuff or i just got the shot please help!

there is no way to get rid of the numb feeling caused by the drug you just have to stick it out the best you can.

Sorry, but there's no way to make the numbness go away faster. And it takes longer for numbness to go away on the bottom than the top. It has to do with constricted blood vessels, the make up of your particular mouth, and your metabolism.

The next time you have work done, you could ask the dentist to use an anesthetic with less, or no, epinephrine. The numbness doesn't last as long, but the bad thing is, sometimes it doesn't last all the way through the appointment.

Just be happy that you were numb during your appointment and didn't feel the work being done on your tooth! It will take a couple hours, but the numbness will go away.
