The best way is to take the BOHR Bus from Terminal A direct to Frankfurt International.  I own an American Hot Dog Stand in front of Hahn's Terminal A about 30 ft. from the bus stop.  If you need the schedule for the bus go to www.bohr-omnibusse.de

One way tickets cost Euro 12.00

Driving time is 1.5 hours with no traffic problems.

When you arrive at Hahn stop by the Hot Dog Stand and say Hi!!  My name is Scottie (Scottie's American Hot Dogs).

there's a bus...probably 20 plus euros. its 120 kilometers. (That is far so like almost 2 hours)

(The area around Hahn is actually very nice... especially a wine town on th mosel river Bern Kastel Kues. It was the best part of my vacation that was supposed to be in Italy.)
