Wel from SDQ (Santo Domingo) airport you can take a taxi to Santo Domingo and from there take the bus to Higuey

( Caribe Tours or Metro) and from Higuey the bus to Punta Cana and from there a taxi to your hotel. It's almost the same trip as in your 1st question (remember?)

Alternative is taking a flight from SDQ to Puerto Plata and from there a cab to your hotel...
