What is the best way to get to the Dortmund HBF from the Dortmund airport?

I am arriving on an early morning flight to Dortmund and I need to take a train from the Dortmund HBF to Dusseldorf. Any suggestions? Thank you so much!

There is a shuttle bus from Dortmund Airport to Dortmund Hbf, taking 22 minutes (if no traffic jam), departing hourly in peak hours or every 90 minutes.

Another shuttle bus departs from the Airport every 20 minutes to reach the train station of Holzwickede after 6 minutes of travel.
