What is the best way to go about studying abroad?

I am a college freshman and I want to be able to study abroad maybe next year. Where are the best to go that are around London? Is it better to take summer classes or go for a semester? I know going for a semester cost alot more money but is it worth it?

Your school should have a study abroad adviser, or group of advisers,  that you could talk to. They would know the good places around there to go, as well as be able to make sure that you get credit for the classes that you take over there. I, personally, am going to go for a quarter. I would say that it is worth it to go for longer because then you get to see more and it can be a lot more relaxing.
