  1. Take the southbound Victoria line Underground train from Kings Cross St Pancras (follow signs from the international arrivals platforms to the Underground), to Victoria (mainline railway station).

Come out of the Underground, and if you're on the main station concourse look towards the railway lines; Victoria rail station is effectively built in two halves (back in the 19th century two different railway companies built the station), and the exit from the Underground is in the left half.  Cross over to the right hand side of the station. In the far right corner, diagonally opposite the concourse from you, you will see the entrance to the Victoria Place shopping centre: go through Victoria Place and find the exit to Buckingham Palace Road, which runs along the right hand side of Victoria station. Continue left down Buckingham Palace Road; you will cross the next street (Eccleston Bridge) - on your left is the Green Line Coach Station; continue down Buckingham Palace Road to the next junction - Elizabeth Bridge to your left, Elizabeth Road to your right. Victoria Coach station is on the left hand side of Elizabeth Road. The Transport for London website says the transfer from Victoria underground station to Victoria coach station should take about 12 minutes.
