There wasn't a Worcelaw listed in the German Rail data base.

From Wroclaw, you can take aobut a 6 hour train to Berlin, then change to another 4 hour train to Frankfurt:

Wroclaw to Berlin 11:36 to 17:21,

Berlin to Frankfurt  17:54 to 21:42
