  1. Sprints or swimming.

  2. Roadwork has always been the key to stamina as far as i am concerned, if you are willing to put the miles in then your stamina will improve. obviously you need to do everything else with it as well like having a good diet nutrition wise.

  3. I think a good way to build stamina is to run in the mid morning, swim in the evening during summer, during winter and the cold months is to run that morning, do your midday things like work, then run in the evening, making sure to always have water or gator aid with you to keep from getting dehydrated.  Also, try practicing hours with a punching bag on your days off, when you get tired, get a drink and keep hydrated, then push it again.

If your body is sore at the end of the day, you did a good job; if it's painful, you pushed too hard and need to back off until your stamina recovers; if it hurts more than a few days, seek a doctor.  You'll learn your body and be able to gradually push your stamina up with practice.

  4. Jump roping does wonders for me. You are constantly moving my feet and at the same time hold the rope. Running can help as well.

  5. if you're going to do jump rope you got to step up it everyweek, increase the time of jump rope sessions, runnin is the best way and swiming works too, I mean realy swiming not just relaxin in the water, if you can run 4 miles at 60% then you're in good condition

  6. Run than run than run some more. Then get someone to fight you until you throw up. Repeat 7 days a week until you either realize you aren't cut out to be a fighter or you don't feel weak anymore.

  7. Do 500 jumps on a jump rope twice a day and whenever your punching a bag/sparring work until you throw up. The jump rope helps you to be able to stay moving all the time no matter what round. And the bag/sparring helps you to continue hitting hard with your punches. But most of all don't throw so many punches in early rounds cover up and wait for opportunities to land big punches.

  8. Skip rope, stationary bike, treadmill or running. Build the heart rate up and stamina.

  9. Run harder, that's all.

  10. ive been boxing for years and before any fight the best training method to train is long distance runing its simple and works try it with a sweat suit going up hills to work your lower body and train your fatigue
