  1. Get some beef gravy, put it in a pan. Turn the pan down low. Cut the roast beef into slices and put it into the gravy. Let the gravy heat the meat up. It will be nice and moist.

  2. it will dry out during reheat you can try to dip in hot water to heat. this is what restuarants do to reheat ,i am a chef

  3. honestly,it will dry up no matter what, but you can help it..turn it into a nice stew or soup..try making dumplings to do with it..meal in a bowl!!

  4. I like it cold for leftovers, reheating does dry it out a bit much !!!,

  5. Make up some beef gravy (or use leftover if you have it), get it very hot, turn off the heat and then add the slices of beef. BELIEVE me, if you continue cooking it in the gravy, it will turn out tough. I like to serve this over garlic mashed potatoes, or a slice of toasted white bread, or over some nice buttered noodles. Great for a rainy evening. Yummy!

You just made me hungry again...

  6. chredd or chop up the beef, mix it with bbq suace, & then heat it up, & you have bbq beef sandwiches.

  7. Wrap it in foil and put just a little beef broth or water in it.  Then this packet can be heated in the oven or on a grill.

if you want to microwave it, wrap the dish in plastic wrap after putting broth or water (just a bit) on the plate to "steam".

  8. Heat thin slices in a pan of AuJu
