What is the best way to help with stomach fat?

I know eat healthy but what is the best exercise?Like Crunches,things like that.

  1. From everything I've read there is no such thing as spot reduction weight loss from working out a particular body part.  

    However, strength training exercises will help hold you in at your waist so you look smaller.  Crunches are good for the upper abs mostly.  a good exercise for lower abs is sit on the edge of a chair and raise your knees to your chest and back down.  Another good muscle group to work out is your obliques. Those are worked by most exercises that you cross in front of your body like bicycle crunches (oposite knee to opposite elbow)


  2. I used the Fat X program to get toned.  It helps you burn fat and since a lot of fat builds in your stomach, once that's gone, your stomach looks flat.

  3. Running is the best! :)
