What is the best way to hook my Navigo DSR401DS Satelite reciever toY Media center computer?

I have a Navago DSR 401DS satelite reciever on Star Choice. I want to hook it to an HP Media center. I was told that if i do it will do all the stuff the new HD recievers do. What is the best way to hook up?

If your Media Centerv computer has a tuner card, then you hook up using an S cable or composite cvable along with the red/white RCA audio cables. This is SD. There is no way to get HD from satellite in Media Center.
