i already know about the different phases, but i have trouble getting my legs up, and i have trouble with my starts.

  1. This is a problem i had and i suggest that what you do is get 1.5 foot hurdles and running over them. Or setting up logs this will help with the legs. To help even more begin to sprint up hills to help the muscles adapbt
