What is the best way to introduce yourself in front of the class?

kindly give me some tips and a short speech..answers will be much appreciated..thanks..=)

most important don't stress about it, or make it out to be more then it is,  we all feel a little nervious at times but the trick is never ever show it, look straight ahead smile and say hi good morning everyone my name is ....... and i'm here this morning to .........  then you will sit down knowing you were cool and confident and think to yourself hey that was pretty easy ... good luck you will be fine

Be confident and believe you can handle it or else you'll just lose the confidence you need. Just state your name "Hello my name is ____." Or " as you all know my name is ____ and i'm here to ..." Rehearse your presentation before hand so you are ready. Don't stay looking at one person or object, have your eyes roam around the room like you are really talking to them. If you have a nervous habit like tapping your foot, don't do that, it's distracting.
