What is the best way to keep a schedule in writting for three kids in three different schools?

I need to stay organized with three kids, three different age groups, three different school locations and I am the only one here with no help. What are some great tips to keep it all straight and stay organized?

I've seen a family calendar before, with several spaces for each date, so that each family member's things can be put on it.  That might help.

Have the kids themselves responsible for as much as possible.

Having routines that you all follow will help.

Car pooling could mean you don't need to go to every school every day.
