get a new one so the spring is nice and tight and new OR put a nails in the wall under each side by the rubber so it doesnt fall.

if it's a tension rod, then u need to expand the rod more to tighten it up. Unless of course the spring is shot, then u'll have to go get a new one. If it's the kind that has to b s***w in the wall, u probably need to move it and rescrew it into the wall, if the wall is concrete then u probably need anchors to go into  the wall 1st. you might be better of if you just got a new one if it keeps falling

I got mine to stay up by placing the large size command brand hooks on the wall and laying the rod in those.  Be sure to let the glue on the hooks set up overnight before you hang the rod.
